At TAIAN Tea, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all our tea products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Important: The 14-day period begins from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase. Please keep your order confirmation and tracking information for your records.

Returns

Our return window is 14 days from the date you receive your order. After 14 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned. This includes opened or partially used tea, perishable goods, custom blends, and any products marked as final sale.

To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer—contact us first so we can guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Most refunds are issued within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank or card account again in case the refund has posted under a different description.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank—processing times can vary before a refund appears.
  • If you still don’t see the refund after a few business days, email us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a digital gift card to your email.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, any prepaid return shipping costs we covered may be deducted from your refund amount.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt—especially for returns valued over $75—as we can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
