Lapsong Souchong, also know as Lapsang Souchong, is one ofChina’s oldest blackteas, originating from the Tongmu Village in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province. It is theworld’s earliest black tea, dating back to the Ming Dynasty (1 368-1644). The tea is known for itsdistinctive pine smoke flavor, achieved through traditional smoking techniques, making it aclassic variety ofblack tea.
Lapsong Souchong is renowned for its unique pine smoke aroma combined with floraland firuity notes. The tea soup is bright red, with a thick, sweet, and smooth taste. The smokyflavor comes from the traditional pine wood smoking process, giving the tea a subtle pine woodfragrance and a lasting, rich afertaste.

1. Prepare Tea Set: Glass cup or white porcelain cup.
2. Water Temperature: 80-85°C.
3. Measure Tea: Add 3 grams of tea leaves per cup.

2. Add Tea: Place 3 grams of tea leaves into the cup.
3. Brewing:
○ First Brew: Pour 80-85°C hot water, steep for 1 minute, then drink.
