Brewing Steps
1. Prepare Tea Set: Glass cup or white porcelain cup.
2. Water Temperature: 80-85°C.
3. Measure Tea: Add 3 grams of tea leaves per cup.
Brewing Process
1. Warm and Clean Tea Set: Rinse the tea set with hot water.
2. Add Tea: Place 3 grams of tea leaves into the cup.
3. Brewing:
○ First Brew: Pour 80-85°C hot water, steep for 1 minute, then drink.
○ Second Brew: Pour 80-85°C hot water, steep for 1 minute.
○ Third Brew: Pour 80-85°C hot water, steep for 2 minutes.
Tasting
1. After each brew, smell the aroma first, then taste the tea.
